To help meet the mental health challenges of the moment, the los angeles county department of mental health (lacdmh) has partnered with meditation app headspace to offer free headspace subscriptions to all. Headspace is committed to advancing the field of mindfulness through clinically validated research, with one of the largest research pipelines of any digital health and wellness.
County residents who don’t already have an account have been given free access to headspace. We are excited to share that we have partnered with headspace to offer la county residents free subscriptions to its digital platform for improving mindfulness, relaxation.
